Never liked going to the gym. RDA changed that. RDA has a great atmosphere, a great staff, and it challenges you to go outside your comfort zone. There is something for everyone. A year ago I didn’t know what a spin class was but Jimmy O, Stacy, and Melissa are great instructors and now I do a couple classes a week. I even ran a 5K when 12 months ago I couldn’t run 5 feet. If you’re on the fence and scared about joining a  gym, go see Rob. Best decision I’ve made in years.

  1. I left a fitness center which was much much more convenient for me because of the equipment that is available at RDA. No one has bikes where you can measure where one is at. Thanks.
